Smaller browser bundles for @ikions/icons.

• New per-icon modules: import bell from "@ikions/icons/nodes/bell" and render it with nodesToSvg(), so browser code only ships the icons it uses.
• toSvg() explains an invalid variant instead of failing with an unclear error.

First public release: a much larger library, a faster explorer and gradient paint across every package.

• Hundreds of new icons across every category, plus new Business, Household, Accessibility and AI categories.
• Gradient fills via the gradient prop in React, Vue and Svelte, and gradientId/toSvg options in @ikions/icons.
• The explorer loads the catalog once and renders incrementally, so it stays fast with thousands of icons.
• Duplicate detection and alias checks keep every icon distinct and every name unique.
